About Our Client:
Our client is a luxury car brand in Europe with a century of history. Their business is all over the worldwide and committed to sustainable development, amidst the changing needs of their customers and resources demand of emerging & developed economies at every stage of their growth. Due to their current growth in the region and their commitment towards Network Development, they are currently seeking for an experience people to be responsible for Flying Doctor in China.
 
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the STA Manager
Responsibilities
Provide prompt on-site support to dealers reducing vehicle down time
Improve Fix Right First Time
Support Dealers to achieve Best in Class Technical Service and Customer Satisfaction through on-site coaching
 
Candidate Profile:
Graduated from technical high school in automotive or mechanical area
Excellent practical skills and systematic troubleshooting approach
Experienced in vehicle electronics and systems diagnoses or repair, with minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of powertrain architectures and electrical diagrams layouts
