Import and Export and local transportation management:
˙ Lead the team to ensure the timely custom clearance and further optimize the lead time.
˙ Make sure trade compliance.
˙ Address the issues in a timely manner.
˙ Balance cost effectiveness and satisfied lead time.
Budget and Planning:
˙ Understands overall business strategy, translate it to Operations roadmap, drive necessary projects and initiatives to execute.
˙ Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
˙ Make purchasing and inventory plan based on the sales forecast every month. Prepare various sales analysis reports correctly & timely.
˙ Work with sales and marketing team to generate forecast accurately.
˙ Work closely with finance department to optimize the order-to-cash process.
˙ Assist GM/VGM to develop annual business plan, quarterly forecasts, monthly updates & action lists.
Warehouse management and Inventory management:
˙ Supervise daily warehouse operation and efficient work flow.
˙ Set reasonable safety stock to meet sales requirement.
˙ Optimize inventory turnover and provide timely data to help on obsolete stock reduction.
˙ Lead stock taking once a quarter.
Customer service and after-sales service:
˙ Design and monitor Customer Service daily work and deploy resource reasonably.
˙ Support balance check of AR and consignment inventory.
˙ Manage pending for VAT invoice issuing balance.
Continuous Process Improvement
˙ Champion Lean/Six sigma and simplification effort, detect and execute on process improvement opportunities within Operations / cross-functionally.
˙ Define and operate adequate measurement and control mechanism in related processes.
˙ Develop performance dashboard and monitor the KPI.
Others
˙ Contribute to CHQ leadership initiatives and other projects.
Requirements:
˙ Bachelor degrees, minimum 5 years working experience in Supply Chain Management related functions.
˙ 2+ years of experience on people management is must. Ability in leading the organization and developing people is must.
˙ Good oral and written English skill.
˙ Proficient in Microsoft Offices applications (i.e.: Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
˙ Good knowledge of ERP systems, eg.AX, Yongyou.
˙ Experience in FMGC, Frame or Lens industry is a plus.
