职位描述：
This position is required to carry out research aimed at development of metallization paste for photovoltaics and new products through internal global collaboration and external partnership. He/She is responsible for new product development through innovation and identifying new development opportunities cross different functional groups within BU.
? Identify new innovation opportunities for metallization paste
? Develop differentiated and proprietary metallization paste for difference application
? Closely collaborate with different functional groups to develop new products and achieve commercialization
? Track the newest technology both from industries and from academia
? Lead project on new product development through leveraging global resources and external understanding
? Provide program direction and coach for Technicians/Research Assistants/Research Associates.
Qualifications:
            
? Ph.D in Organic Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry or related fields
? Broad and substantial background in organic synthesis, organic chemistry, polymer synthesis, polymer chemistry is a plus.
? R&D experience on electronic materials, or coatings, or synthesis is a plus. Excellent communication skill in both Chinese and English
? Excellent interpersonal and team working skills are essential, demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams
