Position: Trainer for Vocational Education, Training/ Qualification Automobile

Department: HR Development & Education Strategy China

Location: Beijing

Your Responsibilities:

1. Deliver Vocational Education, Training/ Qualification to all Volkswagen entities and JVs

? build up a strong network of cooperation with all HR departments in different locations and companies in line with the VW AG

? Support the development of technical Career paths on the foundation of the Employee profile

? Support the development and further advancement of technical Career programs for all kind of levels in a close cooperation with VW AG

2. Qualification programs

? Development of training measures

? Support of the technical skill development for all levels

? Establishment of required instruction courses in China combined with a selection and evaluation of institutions of learning (content, duration, quality)

Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

? University Degree at master level in engineering and/or educational science with a strong affinity to the automotive industry.

Personal skills:

? Very high degree of personal integrity and adherence to confidentiality. Ability to design, generate and develop new training concepts. A self confident communication as well as a perfect business understanding and business behaviour. Intelligent by dealing with special joint venture situation, positive and cooperative.

Working experience (in years):

? Ca. 5 years of working experience are required in the field of Vocational Education and Training, preferably in the automotive industry.

Remarks (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

? Fluent German and Chinese are mandatory requested. English preferred
