Human Resources

The Human Resources unit helps Infineon to put its strategy into practice. We proactively tackle HR-relevant employee and management topics and take a lead role in the realization of HR-related programs, processes and activities. HR focus topics range from Leadership over Talent to Workforce and do thus improve people excellence in the whole company.

In your new role you will:

• Act as internal consultant to provide effective advice to business on employee training and development.
• Conduct learning needs survey for sales & marketing organization, discuss with business managers to get training objectives and work out the yearly training plan to respond the identified training needs
• Liaise with country PD head, initiate training solutions to meet the organization development needs.
• Initiate and execute approaches to foster learning sharing culture in the organization via multi-media platform, e.g. Wechat;
• Support HR head and functional PD head to develop mechanism to promote mobile learning programs via Wechat platform
• Drive and implement top-down programs from the region
• Develop internal trainers' club; assess and improve internal training system.
• Manage internal and external training resources to qualify programs to be delivered in the organization
• Leverage regional guideline, support business for yearly training budget planning and monitor the expenditures to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Manage training database to continuously improve efficiency and compliance.
• Work with regional PD to implement the training management system locally; measure the effectiveness of training and provide reporting upon request;
• Coordinate all sales & marketing organization, sites training programmes and system record maintenance

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• More than 8 years of experience in HR LD or related area
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Strong result orientation and process driven in problem solving and solution offering
• Good business acumen in sales marketing and semiconductor industry
