职位描述：

1.Responsible of sourcing and purchasing for MRO items.

2.Define MRO supplier database and align with internal stakeholders on sourcing strategy.

3.Manage regular meeting with internal stakeholders to improve internal customer satisfaction & supply chain continual improvement.

4.Maintains accurate purchasing document:records,quotation,potential vendors list etc.

5.Lead supplier evaluation & selection.

6.Negotiate competitive prices and the contracts, delivery schedule.

7.Create and manage purchase orders based on agreed specifications, delivery schedule & payment term etc.

8.Handle supplier claims.

9.Create and execute the sourcing plans.

10.Collects markets information such as potential suppliers /new technology market information.

11.Purchasing reporting.
