Responsibilities:

• Keep abreast of any new retail fixture / store design concept and ensure regional project team number is well informed
• Handle the store opening project independently
• Collect feedbacks from retail partners to ensure timely store modifications and refurbishment are executed and in line with appropriate contractual obligations
• Ensure an appropriate tendering process is adhered to when contractors are requested to be used, and that the tenders meet PUMA brand standards
• Analyze retail locations and give feedback on store locations requested by Partner and explore opportunities for PUMA Brand.
• Work closely with Sales team for regional PUMA store maintenance & development
• Keep abreast with traditional and nontraditional competitors across the South region. Understand trends and requirements that affect the PUMA business
• Maintain project status on all assigned projects and related regular reports

Requirements:

• A Bachelor degree holder, space or industrial design background is an advantage
• Minimum of 4 years directly relevant work experience in retail design and construction, experience in the sporting / fashion industries would be a plus
• Prior experience in store planning and design is required
• Able to read Architectural floor plans
• A good team player and customer-oriented
• Knowledge of CAD, MS Office program
