Responsibilities:

• Prepare long term business growth plan, budget planning and forecasting to finance
• Prepare monthly rolling forecast to retail operations, finance and merchandising department
• Work closely with retail operations to prepare monthly sales target and promotion sales target
• Monitor stock to sales ratio at store level in monthly basis
• Analyze the results of each promotion. Refine and find the best mechanism to maximize sales, margin and stock clearance
• Provide monthly by store P&L analysis. Identify highlights and key challenges to merchandising and retail operations team in order to increase profits
• Support business development to provide new store P&L simulations for management approval
• As a super user of SAP and Retail Pro. Raise issues and improvement points to drive operational efficiency in business management
• Coordinate with cross-functional discussion for new processes and continuous improvement for current processes

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of retail demand planning & forecasting experience
• Retail experience in chain store fashion and sports industry is preferred
• Working experience at multinational corporations is preferred
• University graduate in Accounting / Finance
• Familiar with SAP & Retail Pro system
• Proficient in data management tools, master in Excel & Access
• Commercial and business minded with solid knowledge in finance and accounting
• Self-motivated, open communication and team player
