Responsibilities:

• Provide our business support on SAP system, and build a close relationship with users
• Interpret users' requests and take appropriate action to provide high level of support service
• Arrange/manage/track testing cycle, maintain appropriate user test environments
• Conduct applications training and provide high-quality system and process
• Collect SAP users' requests and translate business goals and objectives into SAP projects
• Consult on issue resolution, triage and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in SAP Application Support on FI/CO modules preferably in retail and distribution industry
• University degree holder of Computer Science or IT related
• Proficiency in Crystal Report, Excel VBA, SQL
• Strong and effective project management & software life cycle knowledge
• Problems identification and escalation
• Ability to assist and support users remotely and work as part of a team and individually
• Self motivated, enthusiastic and proactive
• Strong focus on operational excellence
• Excellent communication skill in both English and Mandarin
• Ability to work under high pressure and minimum supervision
