职位描述：
Reporting to: Store Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Provide full spectrum of daily administrative and operation supports to Retail Store Manager and Retail Department
2. Coordinate with related departments to ensure the implementation of the policy and procedure provided by the retail manual
3. Support the Store Manager to understand the store status by reporting, KPI tracking and other analysis
4. Manage and maintain the inventory always in a proper level, coordinate with the company to obtain the delivery & lead time, place orders, etc.
5. Coordinate the stock management, logistics and ad hoc projects/ issues
6. Support the retail product training and in shop events
7. Support customer enquiries and complaints
8. Support CRM related affairs
9. In charge of all basic accounting works, such as receive and pay out money, bookkeeping and prepare basic financial report
10. Receive and pay out cash and cheque, communicate with relative banks in china
11. Prepare accounting vouchers, journal ledgers and simple report
12. Control capital expenditure
13. Maintain accounting file system
14. Make daily, weekly and monthly transaction reports
 
 
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree
2. Preferred 2-3 years experiences with multinational luxury industry retail working experience;
3. 1-2 year experience in accounting related area in multinational company
4. Passionate for high-end product industry and hands-on ability
5. Self-motivated to work with close supervision and able to use initiative to solve work problems
6. Ability to effectively plan and organize tasks in a high volume environment
7. Ability to adapt to schedule changes and provide quick resolutions
8. Good computer skills
9. Good command of written and spoken in English
