manage product registration, product safety and other regulatory issues;

coordinate new product introduction in china by identifying potential RA issues;

customer support, main is for answering inquires, support customer audit/investigation relevant Green Products etc.;

Scope of People Responsibility

Manage product registration and other regulatory issues, like new substance and hazardous products registration;

Overview/monitor all site RA requirements ( related to import/export, production, trade, disposal/recycling);

Coordinate new products introduction in China by identifying potential RA issues;

Overview/oversee the regulatory compliance in product safety management , GHS, label, SDS; Maintain ERP system for MSDS and label information and volume track and control

In support if banned/ restricted chemical compliance if any;

Third party communications and management(such as laboratories, translation agencies and other service providers);

Customer support, main is for answering inquires, support customer audit/investigation relevant GP/HS etc. ;

Other responsibilities assigned by the department head.

Candidate’s Profile

Education

bachelor degree in chemistry, bioscience, medicine, pharmacy or related fields.

Work Experience

knowledge on chemical products management regulations and harzardous communications, industrial experience are preferred;

Be familiar with ERP system for MDSD, label function are preferred;

With certain registration experience in the fields of "Pesticides" (Ministry of Agreculture regulations), "Food Additives" (CFDA), or Cosmetic Ingredients are preferred.
