职位描述：
外企包装印刷公司，国内市场占有率达到40%，国际市场占有率达到30%。

Delivery Reliability
？ Accepting instruction and supervision from and report to SMO on daily, weekly and monthly
basis.
？ Making reasonable plan for printing production, ensuring to achieve set production target
against Job card.
？ Against planning , organizing and arranging for negative, plate and shade card making, printing
trial for QC confirmation.
？ Against job card, planning and preparing raw material for printing production.
？ Arranging jobs for operation document, quality and technical records, reviewing and analyzing
weekly for tech-innovation.
？ Preparing MIS.
？ Organizing to maintain the machines in good working condition, including cleaning of the
machine and printing site.
？ Establish and maintain a safe work place in compliance with company framework
standard and policies
？ Maintain good GMP and housekeeping in work place
？ Motivate all employees to achieve optimum productivity
？ Prepare annual budget for the department.
？ Manage printing operation to meet production demand within assigned budget
？ Plan and determine manpower to meet company goals and targets
？ Lead projects to improve operation effectiveness and efficiency
？ Facilitate and coordinate new product development and implementation
？ ISMS implementation and maintenance
？ To ensure that all team members, concerned contractors and third party users understand
and follow the Information Security Policies and Procedures.
？ To carry out the related responsibilities authorized by Information Security Policies

Profession Competency:
？ Good understanding of MRPII system
？ Good command of spoken and written English
？ Good knowledge of GMP.
？ Good understanding of the PM/TQM
Management Competency:
1. To construct and motivate a team with high team performance;
2. A good team leader;
3. Rich skills on management communication and coaching;
4. Good quality for planning and decision making
Personality:
