Responsibilities工作内容:

- Case Management: Working on visa applications as assigned; 协助外籍来华就业手续的申请

- Preparing work authorization applicgation documents, visa application forms, liaising with

clients to coordinate for the collection of - relevant supporting documents, following-up progress with the immigration authority and providing clients with regular update on application status;

准备所需材料，表格，联系客户协调文件的收取，跟进申请进度并及时反馈给客户

- Provide advice to clients on Chinese immigration rules and regulations;

根据外籍就业手续相关规定，为客户提供专业建议

- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements要求:

- BA degree required;本科（含）以上学历

- Atleast1yearexperienceinstrong knowledge of procedural requirements for various types of non-immigrant and immigrant visas; 1年以上外籍来华就业手续相关工作经验

- Proficient English communication skills, both spoken and written; 英文沟通听说读写流利

- Superior problem solving skills;较强的解决问题能力

- Multitasks in a fast-paced environment with competing demands; 能在快节奏工作中根据要求完成各项工作

- Demonstrated ability to focus on client service;注重客户负责质量

- Possesses excellent communication skills;出色的沟通技巧

- Manages caseload with a large degree of independence;能独立完成各项工作

- Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint desired.熟练操作Word, Excel, PPT.
