Overview:
naked Hub is a platform to help start-ups, SMEs and MNCs across all industries, to increase their success in business. Our innovative and beautiful workspaces are home to a diverse community of companies and individuals who interact, collaborate, and do business with one another.

With its rapid business development, naked Hub has an ambitious plan in China, the total number of hubs will reach 7 by the end of this year. In the next year, we plan to open 20-30 hubs across Asia and China. In accordance with this fast growth, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the position of HR Business Partner, to work together with current naked Hub team and HR team of headquarter.
Responsibilities
The Project Manager is responsible for providing leadership and guidance in all aspects of project. This includes planning, executing and evaluating the construction, engineering and decoration aspects of the project according to predetermined times schedules and budgets. Building and managing an appropriate project team and ensuring quality control and on-site safety throughout project life cycles are also central to this position.
? Supervise and control the overall project management including tendering, construction, material sourcing, contract administration and project budgetary management.
? Oversee the performance of the appointed General Contractor to ensure compliance with the GC contract and a successful project completion.
? Provide close supervision over the whole process of fitting-out and E&M works, such as carrying out site surveys, reporting any site irregularities, monitoring the performance of contractors and coordinating with different internal & external parties to achieve an agreed scope of works and work schedule.
? Ensure the project is completed within the approved budget, timeline, quality standard as well as complying with all relevant local regulations.
? Build and maintain excellent relationship with all business partners.
? Compile regular project resorts in the formats stipulated by the VP Projects and/or the client and immediately advise the VP Projects of any deviations from the schedule and/or budget or other relevant project matters that could adversely affect a positive project completion.



Requirements

? University graduate in Architecture / Building / Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
? Minimum 5-6 years hands-on experience in project management in leading high grade office or restaurant fitouts is preferred.
? Bilingual (Chinese & English) both written and spoken and good overall communicator.
? Has worked with or for international companies.
? Strong Project Management skills.
? Strong character who can issue instructions and orders that people will follow.
? Self-driven and a problem solver.
? Proven ability to deliver projects on time and to a budget.
? Established relationships with General Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Government departments & Bureaus in Shanghai.
? Good eye for quality and detail.
? Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
? Competent with required computer skills including appropriate project management software (e.g MS Project, Excel, Word or equivalents etc.)
