Job description:
? Provide domestic hotel and flight booking services, which include search, itinerary proposal, reservation, exchange and after-sales customer service
? Answer clients’ questions and handle client complaints
? Clearly explain company’s products and services, proactively recommend to the most efficient and logical solutions
? Maintain excellent client relations by providing accurate response, positive telephone interaction, and timely reservation
? Follow-up on order details accurately, provide schedule updates as required, and ensure timely issuance
? Verify booking refund or exchanges and process promptly; provide penalty notification and timely refund
? Perform other work-related tasks will be required as determined by the supervisor


Required skills and experience:
? 3+ years of prior experience in domestic flight and hotel booking, international booking will be a plus
? High school diploma or above
? Good command of Travelsky ETERM booking system and Microsoft Office will be preferred
? Excellent communication skills and can communicate in written and spoken English
? Mandarin language ability is required 举报 分享
