职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Safety
Ensure all equipments and devices are safe for employee to operate; create a safety and comfortable work environment;
Ensure maintenance team's behavior compliance with safety rules and have right sense of hazard;
Work as champion of Critical 6 project - LTT and Machine Guarding;
Close audit outsource vendor to work under our safety rule.
2. Work as NLT member to drive excellent business result
Attend monthly NLT meeting to develop plant operation strategy;
Actively participate in plant level CI project to drive manufacture excellence.
3. Production equipment management
Develop and implement the most appropriate maintenance program to maintain the best operating condition with lowest cost;
Develop and drive scheduled maintenance to ensure minimum machine downtime, which includes "Preventive & Predictive & Corrective" maintenance and maintaining spare parts inventory and maintenance records, maintenance cost control etc.;
Analyze failure mode of machine downtime and implement corrective & preventive actions;
Ordinary investment: Plans, budgets, scheduling, installation and inspection, including cost estimates, bids, layouts, and contracts for construction and acquisitions with contractors and related vendors;
Recommend to senior management and oversee renovation project for a variety of reasons, ranging from improving efficiency for productivity and Mfg. Cost to ensuring that facilities meet government regulation and environmental, health and safety standards.
4. Facility management
Develop and implement the optimized utility process for stability, high quality and low cost of utilities;
Develop and review maintenance schedules for all utility equipment like air compressors, boilers, cooling water system and electric power components, and etc.;
Establish and periodically conduct "Emergency Management Procedure" provision against power or primary utility equipment failure;
Analyze monthly utility unit consumption & cost and develop new operating technology to improve the efficiency of utility equipment;
Coordinate and perform energy audits by outside service to identify potential energy conservation projects;
Keep the original drawings and blueprints;
Coordinate the use of outside services for special or more complex maintenance and manage outside contractors.
5. Developing Talent
Set SMART target for maintenance team and evaluate their performance by establish a systematic performance appraisal method and appropriate communication;
Develop maintenance team's functional knowledge, ability and skills;
Develop talent ladder inside maintenance function to reduce company talent loosing risk, maintain the succession plan by cultivate the backup plan.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree, majored in Mechanic or Electricity.
2. Have over 8 years experience in manufacturing maintenance with more than two years experience as Maintenance supervisor or manager.
3. Good knowledge of maintenance management, equipment management, project management, electrical maintenance experience is a must.
4. Lean production.
5. ISO 18000, 14000 and 9001.
6. SAP experience preferred.
7. Good communication skill, decision-making, leadership.
8. Good English writing and speaking.
