Responsibility:

1. Live the Safety stand, adhere to the safety responsibilities:

Implement a personal safety action plan and lead our safety standard by example.

2. Sourcing & Procurement, Supply & Demand Planning, Logistics:

Design and implement supply chain processes and programs to achieve profitable growth in ES Business;

Generate X % annual productivity through the integrated supply chain;

Lead and manage the materials management function to include demand planning, capacity planning, supply planning, production planning and scheduling;

Develop and track key supply chain performance metrics to include relevant service, cost and working capital measurements;

Ensure alignment with Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Fulfillment and Sourcing with key actions and supply chain targets;

Hold "last call" accountability on key Sales and Operations Planning decisions such as production levels, forecast values, inventory targets;

Ensure that the ES product process and systems requirements are clearly and accurately communicated and coordinated with the appropriate leaders in ES;

Manage warehousing programs for ES within China;

Manage toll manufacturing process planning for ES VC segment within Changzhou.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree, majored in supply chain management or related disciplines.

2. Have over 10 years experience in supply chain management with more than 3 years experience as supply chain supervisor or manager.

3. Supply chain management in a multi-plant manufacturing and distribution environment.

4. Inventory management and control.

5. Establishing strategic direction and global thinking.

6. SAP experience preferred.

7. Good communication skill, decision-making, leadership.

8. Good English writing and speaking.
