Position: Maintenance Supervisor-World Famous Manufacturing Company
Report to: Operation GM
Location: Changzhou, Jiangsu Province

Responsibilities:
? Responsible for safety within plant maintenance and repairing equipment, such as production machines, tooling, test instruments etc.
? Personnel and professional management of the maintenance department to ensure preventive maintenance being performed according to schedule.
? To ensure emergency repair work being performed in a timely and efficient manner, so that downtime of equipment will be reduced to a minimum.
? Responsible for the safety, the training, effective utilization and development of work force.
? Assist TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) inside workshops for key production equipment.
? Responsible / supporting with coordinating for installation of equipment and improvement projects manufacturing process.
? Perform daily repairs and maintenance for all shop and office facilities.
? Responsible for resolving daily engineering & facility maintenance issues for the continuity of company operation.
? Supervise projects related to the development and maintenance of the site.
? Company fire-prevention facility maintenance and annual inspection.
? Developing the budget for maintenance.
? Ensuring the availability of equipment within agreed investment.
? Continuous optimization of processes and sub processes assigned in terms of effectiveness and efficiency.
? Assist TPM concept effectively across the manufacturing process.
? Allocate human resources and materials to improve productivity and reduce production cost.
? Responsible for Identification and control of spare parts strategy (quantity, type, etc.) to ensure the production continues working.
? Responsible in the choice of management of service partners for sourcing activities in the area of plant maintenance.
? Lead the maintenance team to improve the machine reliability and decrease the emergency repair rate with preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance.
? Personal and professional leadership of the plant maintenance staff to improve performance.
? Recommend and lead continuous improvement projects in terms of effectiveness and efficiency.
? Responsible for monitoring and achieving of KPI to improve availability of production equipment.
? Responsible for budget compliance.
? Responsible for the company construction project and renovation project, record and file all the related facility documents and blueprints.
? Daily maintenance and maintenance plan for shop and office facilities, air-conditioner machine, furniture, electricity, lifts, lightings and door-access system etc.
? Fire-prevention facilities maintenance and annual inspection.
? Comply with all EH&S requirements, and ensure all the activities compatible with ISO 14001 standards.

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree majored in Mechanical/Electrical related
? At least 3 years of experience as maintenance supervisor of maintenance engineers in an industrial company with complex manufacturing equipment (total working experience more than 7 years).
? Be a coach and able to work in a team with good communication skills, structured with an approach to work, open and creative
? Familiar with production line's maintenance and spare part's management
? High level of initiative and personal responsibility and resilience
? Have experience to manage emergency repair work being performed in a timely and efficient manner
? Good computer skill for Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
? Good English both in oral, reading and writing is a must
? Be familiar with TPM and have experience of implementing TPM
