Position: Finance Manager-World Famous Manufacturing Company

Report to: CFO

Subordinate: 4 People

Industry: Manufacturing Industry

Location: Changzhou

Responsibilities:

？ Define objectives for costs/ FTE/performance in KPIs – perform monthly control and reassess short term goals

？ Evaluate, train, develop teams , Perform people reviews with HR manager

？ Interface with delegation, Share service center board and customers on strategic points and quality of service

？ Facilitate communication with CDC and IT business coordinators

？ Ensure internal controls defined in toolkit and review by spot audit are taken care of

？ Standardize procedures between clients

？ Improve continuously share center procedures for respect of segregation of duty and efficiency.

？ Engage in compliance statement.

Requirements:

？ Bachelor degree or above in Finance and Accounting

？ Fluent in spoken and written English

？ Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in audit

？ Management skills (leadership /teamwork/ communication skill, etc.)
