Position: Operational Controller-World Famous Manufacturing Company

Report to: Plant Director (Foreigner)

Location: Changzhou

Responsibilities:

? Mainly related to operations KPIs, cost down program, and Implementations and bridging operations into Controlling

? Track and follow up the operational KPIs, and communicate with the department

? Forecast the long term capacity using related figures

? Make the long-term headcount planning

? Set up the flex budget structure in the company and follow on regular basis for all department heads

? Follow up the bonus system for the direct labor

? Follow up all the cost down project implementation, feedback for finance will be cash effect and annualized savings

? Set up the budget with department managers, together with the CO

? Other projects which are related to operational controlling, system management and analysis.

Requirements

? University degree or above on related operational management with financial controlling knowledge

? Have working experience in production international company, preferred is Germany company, at least 5 years

? Have working experience of financial controlling background

? Good communication skill cross functional

? Logic and systematical thinking

? Good teamwork

? Excellence English skill both in Oral and written

? SAP Knowledge
