职位描述
Position: Sales Manager-World Famous Manufacturing Company
Report to: Sales/Marketing & PM Manager
Subordinate: 0
Industry: Manufacturing Industry
Location: Changzhou
Responsibilities:
? Project Management after nomination until SOP for serial products. Support and coordination function in case of new products;
? Be responsible for the expansion of the customer portfolio;
? Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with (potential) customers. These relationships must include members of the purchasing, logistics/supply chain and engineering department and should strive to include the sales department. Target must be the continuous expansion of the customer base;
? Identification of decision makers at customers and OEMs;
? Investigating, compiling and maintenaning the supply chain mapping (Tier 3-Tier 2-Tier 1-OEM) information and consequently market share information;
? Responsibility for the RFQ process and the price negotiation. Depending on the customers, prices, and resulting margins need to be approved by Department manager/Director/Head Quarter of The plant;
? Company and product marketing. This includes but is not limited to the preparation and update of marketing materials, the organization of LCC-AM's process and participation of relevant affairs, exhibition, the initiation and conduction of market research projects;
? Support response to customer complaints;
? Accumulating and updating knowledge about SOP data of new car models with the target to:
l Ensure participation in RFQ-process;
l Support the Product Marketing with information upon likely start of technical design phase.
Requirements:
? Bachelor or above;
? Take sales & marketing training;
? Good communication and interpersonal skills as a team player;
? Self-starter and willing for taking initiatives;
? Ability to work well under pressure;
? Working knowledge of MS Office;
? Good communication skill in English listening, reading, writing and speaking.
