JD-Quality Manager
Working Scope
- Setup quality system/platform in ***
- Establish full GMP capability in ***
- Supervise quality capability building to meet customer requirements.
- Lead unit quality organization
- Build lean, six sigma, TPM capability across ***
- Lead cross function working process improvement
- Conduct quality related training to all the units.
- Regular audit *** units quality system and provide feedback
STRATEGIC INTENT
- Bring the rigorous quality management system in *** and enhance execution.
- Continuously monitor GMP requirement, and interface with FDA authority to ensure EP 100% compliance with GMP.
- According to different customer requirement on quality system, adopt our current system to meet the customer's needs.
- Ensure consistence and independence of QA organization in ***.
- Build manufacture capability/tools and process to continuously eliminate losses in current system. Meantime prepare people pipeline for future manufacture leader.
- Drive across functions process improvement between manufacture, sale, F/A and HR etc.
- Build capable and consistent quality assurance team in each units.
- Work as the quality consultant to unit head. Assess quality system health and provide feedback to unit in regular base.
Education & Experience
-Bachelor degree or equivalent professional qualification
-Preferable knowledge and experience in manufacturing;
-Preferable experience and good skill in six sigma or lean manufacturing;
-Excellent English skill.

-Problem solving & timely decision making: Dealing confidently with problem situations, complexities and unexpected developments by identifying and analyzing underlying issues, and taking timely decisions on the best possible options.
-Domain Expertise: Demonstrates specialist knowledge and expertise in own area; Continuously strives to enhance standards by application of expertise ; Participates in continuous professional development.
-Interpersonal Effectiveness: Understand, respect and relate with people, work with them effectively for business success.
-Building effective team: Has a strong commitment to and identifies with team’s purpose, goal and common ways of working. Encourage term members to raise performance standard and celebrate achievement.
