Job Description:
1. 负责与各个地方消防局进行必要的沟通；
2. 密切关注消防安全法律法规的更新，市场的发展方向；
3. 为客户提供消防法律、法规、技术规范等方面的专业咨询；
4. 基于GB、NFPA、FM等标准审核消防设计，并提供解决方案；
5. 带领团队进行建筑全生命周期各个阶段的服务；
6. 提供消防安全培训服务；
7. 结合法律法规、行业动态、市场需求等开发消防相关新的服务产品，开拓新的市场领域和新的客户；
8. 指导其他同事进行消防安全咨询工作；
9. 跟客户或项目相关方进行有效的沟通；
10. 发展和维护所有客户关系。
Requirements：
1. 消防、安全、暖通、给排水或建筑设施相关专业的本科或硕士；
2. 具有消防局或政府工作背景，并熟悉消防行业动态、发展趋势；
3. 持有一级注册消防工程师资格证书者优先；
4. 具有消防安全顾问、设计、施工或研究，风险评估和控制，或相关的工作经验；
5. 至少10年的工作经验；
6. 基本的计算机水平，如CAD，office系列办公软件；
7. 良好的沟通技巧。

Job Description:
1. Be responsible for developing and maintaining good relationships with fire bureau.
2. Watch constantly updating of fire law/regulator and market trend.
3. Provide professional consultant service related to fire law, regulator and technical code.
4. Review fire protection design and propose strategies based on standards such as GB, NFPA, FM, etc.
5. Lead team to provide professional fire safety service in every phase of life cycle of buildings.
6. Provide fire protection system training service
7. Based on knowing clearly fire law update, development trend regarding fire safety and demand of market, to develop new service products, new market sectors and new clients.
8. Provide support to other colleagues
9. Communicate with clients and other team in the project
10. Develop and maintain good relationships with all clients.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master majoring in fire engineering, safety, HVAC, plumbing, building service, etc.
2. Good relationship with fire bureau or government. Be familiar with fire safety field and its development trend.
3. Hold CFE certification is preferred.
4. With experience of fire safety consultant, design, construction and research, risk assessment and control.
5. At least 10 years working experience
6. Basic PC skills, i.e. CAD, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
