Required Qualifications:
? Decent proficiency in the English language

? Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
? 3+ years of experience in software engineering development
? Has advanced knowledge in Java, XML, WebServices and web application;
? Has knowledge of all aspects of the software development life cycle.
? Assertive, enthusiastic, self-organized, facilitative

Preferred Qualifications:
? Basic understanding of software testing
? Has basic knowledge of J2EE, Tomcat, Unix, VMware, SQL
