Position summary

Purpose of role: to plan and manage automotive sales activities in order to meet company targets

for retention, growth, and profitability, and to contribute, as a member of the management team, to the

ongoing management of the company



Position Accountabilities

· Total account management in term of developing & maintaining the strategic relationships with key Automotive clients assigned

· Responsible for customer satisfaction, receivables, growth of AGA’s usage, fending against competitive threats, sales, & relationship building and management at all levels in the assigned accounts.

· Deliver sales growth in each client assigned. Year over year growth of AGA revenues and bookings per account.

· Negotiate and conclude contracts with existing and new clients through appropriate propositions, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and client satisfaction, while always ensuring the business is secured at favorable rates

· Through constant analysis & consultations, ensure that AGA Assistance China service offering is appropriate for the market, and implement changes to sales & marketing strategies as needed to respond to changing environment

· Be able to tailor the Value Proposition of each product/solution to the assigned accounts to show value in helping clients meet their business objectives in their industry

· Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information on the automotive business activities, and contribute to corporate reporting as required



Required Qualifications

· University degree level education as a minimum requirement, with majors in Management or Marketing preferable, MBA degree and/or working experience in China is a plus

· At least 8 years prior work experience in Sales and Management role in automotive after sales industry (car manufacturer) with proven successes,

· Team player, with proven leadership, professionalism and presentation skills, both strong on business development and client servicing; strategic thinking, planning, coaching, driving, influencing, convincing, consultancy competency are also highly requested. the sense of financial output is definitely nice to have.

· Excellent oral and written communication in English, English native is preferable, fluently Mandarin speaking is a plus

· To ensure the good communication with both local client and company top management, the ideal candidate should be a Chinese who possess the westernized mindset

· Self-motivated person who is comfortable in working in a results based position

· A friendly, professional manner is imperative, as is the ability to prepare and make presentations effectively

· Computer literacy

· Availability to travel regularly within China and occasionally overseas
