Responsibilities:
1.Provide support on salary structure development based on market data.
2.Support in merit review process to ensure timely and effective implementation, including communicating on review guideline to all of plants, verifying the performance rating and final data accuracy, work with delivery team to reflect the annual review result in the system as well as in individual payroll, analysis report on review result after the review process and etc.
3.Provide support to data preparation on market compensation surveys, provide market information and conduct data analysis for annual salary structure review and annual merit increase.
4.Provide support in the analysis, design and implementation for any compensation program
5.Assist in maintenance and reviewing compensation related policies and programs.
6.Support compensation communication program, share the training session with other teams such as salary policy and various incentive programs, and ensures their understanding and utilization.
7.Support Rewards related projects, handle ad hoc request from all of plants.
8.Provide supports to plants for daily rewards issues, help them to do the smooth execution in updated or new policies and procedures.
9.Conduct ad hoc surveys to determine industrial human resources practices as required.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree.
2.CET6 required.
3.Minimum 3 years of C&B related experiences; compensation survey related experience will be a plus.
4.Good spoken and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
5.Be confident about gathering facts and statistics and making constructive proposals.
6.Highly analytical, logical and systematic.
7.Have good commercial awareness with professional background.
8.Good at Microsoft (Excel, PPT and Word), with HR information system knowledge.
9.Be able to work accurately, with good attention to details.
