Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing, training and retaining real estate sales leads, channels and partners throughout China to assist with the sales of overseas properties to Chinese buyers. Working as part of a small and energetic team out of Shanghai the role involves active travel within China, to selected emerging cities. The BDM will eventually be responsible for managing and motivating a network of real estate partners and individual sales associates to generate sales of overseas properties in Europe, America and Australasia.


Specific areas of focus include:
Key responsibilities:
? Identify potential real estate partners, sales channels and leads, throughout China and develop business relationships with them
? Identify and develop own sales leads from personal network
? Proactively manage the sales pipeline and assist agents to achieve sales goals
? Achieve sales quota (as per the company current sales plan);
? Develop and implement initiatives to generate consistent pipeline of new leads;
? Participate in pricing the solution/service;
? Provide weekly sales activity report and bi-weekly sales meeting / forecasting report;
? Proactively manage and train partners;
? Prepare and manage property events;
? Closely collaborate with team members to provide regular and constructive client/associate feedback to the team/management;
? Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
? Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
? Pre-plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the partner's needs, concerns, and objectives.
? Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
? Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

高级业务经理

安阁已经开展的海外房地产投资业务范围涉及欧洲，美国和澳洲。要求该高级业务经理能有效率地在全中国范围内开发，发展和维护房地产投资相关的人脉，渠道以及合作伙伴。工作常驻地为上海，但该职位要求不定期国内出差，开发具备潜在客户群的城市，管理并激发投资潜力，最终达到投资目的。

主要职责：
1. 全国范围内开发潜在合作渠道，维护关系
2. 通过个人能力开发客户
3. 管理并协助销售完成指标
4. 按时完成既定任务目标，制定可执行目标
5. 负责销售周报和一周2次的销售会议
6. 培训合作伙伴
7. 组织安排销售展览活动
8. 管理团队成员，及时汇报销售进展
9. 参与各类相关培训活动
10. 维护潜在客户关系，明确需求
11. 利用行业知识帮助提升公司业务水平
