? MSc/Bsc in computer Science or Electrical engineering or equivalent; several years of relevant experience
? Good knowledge of Embedded Software
? Good planning and coordination capability
? Good communication skills in English language in writing and verbally
? Good understanding in the business environment in Automotive OEM’s and TIER1’s.
? Additional relevant skills are in Real-Time Operating Systems, simulation, cabling harness design technology, Java and Eclipse environment
? Industry experience from Automotive or other transportation segments like Aerospace is beneficial
? Our business is global so travel is required
Part of the job is to demonstrate and present our solutions to customers so an open and communicative attitude is important.
Responsibilities:
? Work closely with customer both in pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
? Promote products and product line towards levels in customer organization.
? Document customer requirements through identification of problems to be solved.
? Conduct competitive evaluations to determine the strengths and weaknesses of competitive offerings.
? Works with engineering to ensure that product development requirements meet the expectations and needs of the customer.
? Conduct benchmark studies and customer need assessments to support product planning responsibilities.
? Prepares, conducts, or assists in conducting product presentations and demonstrations for customers, on-site and at tradeshows.
? Evaluate prototypes by running a Beta evaluation program, trains customers on use of early version software, monitors customer evaluations and collects feedback.
? Works as a liaison between customers and engineering to ensure that products continue to meet customer needs.
? Developing and delivering product training. The products concerned are the "Volcano" Automotive Network Design tools and in-vehicle SW products. 举报 分享
