Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
? Demonstrates responsibility for XMC at Entegris, and take a key team member view on generating visible business growth at the prioritized accounts.
? Understands customer’s business and technology road map and drives internal teams for continuous improvement, in terms of product quality, establishing technical edge and market competitiveness for attaining or maintaining the number one supplier position, and for maximizing revenue, margin and market share at account
? Understands corporate, division and field operations goals, and develops account strategies to achieve set sales objectives with the support from supervisor.
? Participates in Regional Field Operations meetings.
? Drives effective pricing strategy and manages contract and price negotiations process at XMC and other assigned accounts; focuses on enlarge or develop market share average in accordance with total margin strategy.
? Works closely with global and regional support teams such as Product Management, Logistics, Quality, Finance, etc, to ensure indirect pre and after-sale service are effectively provided.
? Monitors, supports and manages channel partners.
? Serves as Entegris primary point of escalation in addressing and resolving matters that have been elevated as a critical. Provides key stakeholders (BU, Region, Corporate) visibility of problems/issues that warrant their attention.
? Demonstrates leadership presence that is capable of diffusing/resolving escalated matters yet do so in a manner that keeps Entegris in good standing.
? Maintains Service Available Market Share projections.
? Effectively utilizes the support of Regional Product Support and Field Applications Engineers for pre and after-sale activities.
? Establishes relationships with the senior management team at Tier I accounts to promote partnerships, and ensures Entegris is supporting customer’s long term business strategy.
? Develops and maintains senior level industry contacts and relationships to provide opportunities for new business.
? Works closely with Finance, Logistics, BU and Quality to eliminate non value added cost to improve competitiveness.
? When warranted, develops a supplier rating management process with cross functional teams; orchestrates internal action plans based on customer feedback and continuous improvement activities to achieve customer’s satisfaction.


Qualifications
Bachelor, electronic or mechanical or chemistry major
5 years working experience at Semiconductor industry or Electronic device, at least 3 years above sales job experience
Good English listen, speak, read and Writing skill
Experience of sales to XMC is better.
