Job Responsibilities:
o Meeting the sales target
o PR Budget Control
o Brand Tracker Index improvement
? Lead PR agency, develop and implement the PR programs to drive brand credentials across communication channels to maintain constant brand exposure, and work closely with the PR agency to ensure KPIs are delivered as agreed (clipping, media exposure, possible sponsorship program, product placement, interviews and etc.)
o Local Activations (e.g. Store Opening Events)
o Cafe Activations (e.g. Tea Pairing Event)
o Preparation of Press Release for new launches and Godiva news
? Coordinate with advertising agency & media agency to implement brand campaigns to increase online & offline awareness, create content and drive word-of-mouth diffusion among the target audience in the focused cities. Analyze results to optimize media-channel mix. Support to Digital Manager to strengthen emotional engagement through aggressive digital programs to recruit new GODIVA users and stimulate existing users through “always-on” communication strategy
? Build and maintain strong network with key media to keep them excited about GODIVA and negotiate free / best deals to maximize brand exposure
? Where possible seek synergies on global and / or regional level and reflect local consumer relevance
? Be centre of expertise for consumer communication and media development in China
? Key contributor of the consumer engagement team, especially partner with HR-training team to communicate consistent brand messages internally.
Job Requirement:
? University degree Bacheler’s or Master’s, preferable in Business Economics/marketing/communication
? 5+ years PR and communications experience in the well-established company (including 3+ years managerial experience from Luxury, Premium cosmetics or food related background are welcome but not limited)
? A proven track record in developing and administering sizable communication campaigns including advertising, PR, social as well as multi-channel knowledge (Retail, E-Commerce, Wedding) are required
? Strong media network / relationships
? Mature, Proactive, Self-motivated and Strategic Thinking
? Good communication skill, internally and externally
? Representative and carries “Our Way” qualities that demonstrate passion for the brand
? Business fluency in English, especially strong in Chinese and English copywriting
? Open to changes and can learn quickly
? Desire to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented operating environment
? Able to work under pressure and possess strong time management
? Good team player as well as strong people management and leadership skills
? Appreciation and interest in the world of social media, beauty, fashion and luxury
