职位描述：
Key responsibility:

Site Performance
-Ensure efficient and effective maintenance support for all farms within your control to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in site and departmental business plans.
-Effectively manage inventory levels to minimise milking equipment downtime while meeting budget expectations.

Financial Performance
-Propose the annualised budget for consolidation for milking equipment maintenance costs and capex requirements.
-Drive cost efficiency wherever possible.
-Ensure improvement projects are based on and prioritised by sound business cases which are driven by reliable data analysis.

Operational Excellence
-Utilise, drive and promote understanding of best practice maintenance tools and principles to ensure delivery of business objectives and the development of a culture of continuous improvement.
-Be a passionate hands-on role model and leader for company initiatives to improve maintenance and services performance of milking practices.
-Ensure milking equipment maintenance is fully integrated into the Continuous Improvement processes within farms and take an active role in problem solving initiatives.
-Actively participate in the process for developing and communicating farms and departmental business plans and ensure improvement and change programme deliverables are met.
-Benchmark within Company farms and also seeks to leverage from other farms operation worldwide.
-Support the rollout of Autonomous Maintenance to farms that have met the threshold criteria and have a strong business case to support the roll out.

Capital Management
-Identify capital projects that provide sustainable revenue or eliminate waste and ensure efficient implementation.
-Support the 10 year asset management plan in accordance with business strategies.
-Key liaison with the Capital projects team for all farms within your control.
-Ensure wider operational team involvement in capital projects to optimise farm operability/maintainability.

Product Safety
-Ensure compliance with all laws and group policies and standards that are impacted by maintenance activities across the farms.
-Environmental Performance
-Proactively encourage and develop sustainable environmentally sound solutions that contribute to less waste and fully comply with all environmental standards.
-Key liaison with environmental teams.

Compliance
-Actively identify and manage processing risks. Deploy Opex/Capex to actively mitigate risk, ensure SOP’s and training reflect risk management activities.
-Ensure compliance with all laws and group policies and standards relating to the farms within your control.
-Ensure all procedures and systems are maintained in accordance with ISO standards.

Other
-Proactively seek development and learning opportunities through national projects and through support of peers.
-Perform other duties or projects as reasonably requested.

任职要求Qualification:

-Highly developed personal credibility and integrity.
-Ability to remain composed under pressure and accept personal accountability.
-Strong lateral thinking skills. Refrigerating knowledge and technical skill is preferred.
-Tertiary/trade qualification in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Electrical). Bachelor degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Electrical) is preferred.
-The technical support and service experience in the industry which is refrigerating related.
-Experience in plant processes.
-Experience in a manufacturing environment.
