职位描述：
岗位职责：
This position provides high quality statistical support to assigned studies with support of senior staff as needed. The responsibilities include developing protocols, performing data analysis, overseeing CRO activities, validating TLGs and analysis datasets and coauthoring manuscripts.
-Provide statistical support to the study teams in various clinical trials -Contribute to the clinical study protocols; review and approval of CRF, edit check specification, data management plan, and final database validation per CDISC standard; author or review and approval of statistical analysis plans and final study report.
-Work with biostatistics CRO and internal team to ensure the timeline and quality of CRO deliverables.
-Provide programming support to abstracts, posters and manuscripts.

任职要求：
-A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Biostatistics or related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry/CRO environment.
-Demonstrated sound statistical skills and good understanding of the clinical development process.
-Good technical writing and verbal communication skills.
-Strong commitment to teamwork and dedication to work.
-Strong programming skills in SAS.
