职位描述：
Job Descriptions:
1. Manage the products from the purchasing to the final sales. Good sense of the inventory control and sales strategy.
2. Planning and executing effecitively all products launches and marketing programs according to corporate strategy, including product postioning, pricing and products released.
3. Engages in the creation and support of sales opportunities for digital and analog camera product lines and related accessories.
4. Sales & Marketing planning and implementation to achieve the business target with the sales and marketing team.
5. Establishes and enhances relationships with rental houses, TV stations, streaming websites,sales channel partners and end users for the benefit of ARRI Camera, lens and professional camera accessoires products.
6. Works to provide feedback for product improvement and refinement with international product management team.
7. Woks with local R&D team, other manufactures to develop & source an attractive local product portfolio for ARRI Sales Channels and ARRI Store.
8. Supervises and mentors store, sales, marketing & service personnel to donduct training, cleasses, seminars and trade shows.
9. Responsible for the overall direction and coordination with ARRI China’s policies, prodedures and all applicable laws. Responsobolities include training of employees, planning assigning and directing work load, coaching and disciplining of staff, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Job Requirments:
1. Proficiency with MS office producst(Word/Excel/PPT); preferably Apple Keynote, Final Cut Pro, FileMaker &Indesign.
2. Bachelor degree or above.
3. Basic knowledge of professional cameras and broadcast industry.
4. Fluent in both written and oral English & Chinese.
5. Experience of product manager and project management(More than 3 years).
