Risk Management Supervisor – China
 
The Job:
 
Reporting to Risk Manager - China, the Risk Management Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the provision of risk management services to Swire group companies in PRC
 
The key responsibilities for this position are:
 
§ To provide a broad range of risk management support to group companies in PRC, especially in relation to existing insurance programmes and claims processes.
§ To work with the brokers and insurers to provide professional claims advice to group companies in PRC and to assist in the handling of key claims. To support the loss control and risk engineering inspection programme for group companies in PRC.
§ To co-ordinate a programme of China Health & Safety initiatives and manage China level Health & Safety, reporting and analysis.
§ Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity Plan, etc..
 
The Risk Management Supervisor will be based in Beijing working as part of a team which assists the risk management and insurance functions for Swire group companies.

Requirements:
 
§ Bachelor’s degree or above with a major in Insurance, Business or Engineering or Risk Management
§ 5 years or more relevant experience in Insurance Claims, loss adjustment, Risk Management.
§ Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua.
§ Able to travel within Mainland China and possible need for occasional overseas travel.
§ Mature, self-starter and able to work independently.
§ Good communication and listening skills.
§ Strong PC skills in MS word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
