Position Summary
Teleperformance is the largest provider of outsourced customer care in the world and has built a successful business in China over the past 10 years with 20 locations across China. With China being a strategic growth location for the Group, Teleperformance China is seeking additional senior, experienced sales people to join the team. The Director of Business Development for China is designed to focus on the growth and development of our business with Chinese companies who value a high level of omni channel customer care and probably have a global business. The key of the job is really focusing on hunting new prospects and developing new markets.

Key Responsibility Areas / Deliverables
? Act as the face of the organization in the China market creating the value proposition for the organization
? Network aggressively across industry bodies, networks, personal contacts to introduce the Teleperformance brand
? Proactively seek out business opportunities and articulate the Teleperformance engagement and governance model to potential customers
? Achieve top-line revenue in FY 2017 as agreed with Management
? Work with and educate and nurture sales support team with respect to: Proposal preparation, Site visit coordination, Letter of Intent (LOI) drafting, Master Service Agreement (MSA) preparation and sign off, Quarterly Business Review (QBR) preparation and delivery.
? Assist in the continual build of our lead generation engine in conjunction with Marketing to ensure continuous leads are explored across the region
? Develop market specific collaterals in coordination with Marketing & Creative to ensure relevancy of messaging to potential customers
? Represent Teleperformance at tradeshows, industry association events
? Lead account client servicing for all business signed
? Increase organic growth within existing accounts through proactive farming
? Ensure accuracy of reporting to management
? Develop dashboards to track regional performance and individual performance
? Define variance reporting mechanism with appropriate remedial interventions
? Manage MSA review and renewal process
? Lead Request for Information (RFI) / Request for Proposal (RFP) responses ensuring quality of documentation and articulation of the solution
? Lead transition team with functional inputs from Workforce Management, Legal, Finance, HR and IT until such time ‘go live’ is achieved
? Provide interface between customer and delivery to ensure expectations are managed and operations teams are aligned to customer requirements
? Lead MBR’s and QBR’s between customer and operations
? Track Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) proactively and act as escalation point when required
? Explore opportunities within live programs to consider: Improvements through operational efficiencies, Profitability of program, Process improvement opportunities, Contract deviations, Growth of the account either in existing account or across other Lines of Business (LOB’s) through differentiated service offerings within the customer organization
? Provide inputs to operations based on customer requirements and expectations
? Act as escalation point where SLA’s and KPI’s are not met
? Offer business intelligence to operations whether it be from a customer or regional perspective to drive improvement or creation of new solutions
? Act as subject matter expert for all internal stakeholders
