岗位:Research Executive(Auto team)
Main Responsibilities
Working Relationships
-----Work semi-independent on ground research work and provide sufficient and effective
assistance Managers on research projects
-----Design partial questionnaire/guide based on similar past projects or instruction from
manager
-----Pick out data from tabulations/content analysis to prepare simple PPT presentation in a
skillful and smart way
-----Provide more advanced analysis (complex content analysis, simple factor and cluster analysis,
etc.)
-----Do and interpret statistical tests (for Quantitative Research only)
-----Co-moderate simple focus group (for Qualitative Research only)
-----Conduct in-depth interviews for junior clients to watch (for Qualitative Research only)
-----Do simple quotations
-----Coordinate well with FLD/DP/QC on research projects
-----Keep informed well about project status and take ownership for the project
-----Prepare clear and precise FLD briefing documents
-----Do good supervisor and interviewer briefings
-----Evaluate FLD costs
-----Be pleasant and cheerful to colleagues and clients, and respond requests and tasks quickly
-----Keep files and papers well organized
-----Follow billings and collections for projects
-----Communicate with internal colleagues and external clients on projects well in English and
Mandarin
-----Take interest in new learning and be able to apply into daily work
-----Take initiative to do more than asked
Job Requirements
-----Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from top university
-----0-2 years experience in market research, marketing, brand management, analysis function
-----Excellent English and Mandarin skills both in written and oral
-----Good command of MS-Office/SPSS, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-----Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-----Have basic knowledge of marketing and market research
-----Possess ability in logical thinking, analysis, and quick learning
-----Client oriented and good service attitude
-----Easy-going, out-going, passionate, detail-oriented and positive attitude
-----A team player and be willing to work hard under high pressure and challenges in mature and
professional manners
