职位描述：
· Works with the store management teams to ensure that all stores have adequate staffing levels according to the business needs and general store functions.

· Liaises with agencies and other HR’s to find high calibre candidates for all store level vacancies.

· Ensures store management teams have in place adequate training provisions for all new and existing colleagues.

· Quality checks store training methods and suggest improvements if necessary.

· Adapts global trainings to local needs.

· Assigns, updates and monitors COS training programs via our online training and development program – GROW.

· Responsible along with the district manager for all store manager performance reviews.

· Monitors staff turnover and sickness levels and takes action accordingly.

· Cooperates with other managers within the H&M group to identify cross brands talents.

· Liaises with H&M HR and legal departments to ensure all COS stores are following local legislation and guidelines.

· Advises store management teams on all employee relations matters including grievances and disciplinary procedures and acts as a “neutral” escalation point for staff grievances.

· Manages, promotes and follows-up on bi-annual employee survey.

 

Requirements:

· 2 Years of management experience

· Degree level qualification in HR (preferable)

· Good knowledge of Labour law

· Good English skills (written and verbal)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong commercial awareness.

· Good organizational and time management skills

· Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change

· Care people and develop people.
