Sr. FAE
1.Responsibilities
a.Provide technical solutions & support for RF and Timing product through close collaboration with key designers/architects at strategic customers in south China.
b.Work closely with the product line and internal Sales/FAEs/AEs to develop business opportunities at major OEM & key distribution customers.
c.Provide technical support and training to IDT distribution partners through joint customer activity and regular off-site training seminars.
d.Establish professional relationships with key designers/architects and decision makers in assigned customer base.
e.Drive design opportunities to closure in accordance with design in/win targets.
f.Maintain understanding of industry trends and standards.
g.Work closely with R&D group & feedback market trends and customer requirements. Cooperate with R&D to define new product concepts and solutions.
h.Report to FAE Director and work closely with Local Sale to document, manage and track design opportunities.
2.Knowledge:
a.5 Year+ experience in RF and Timing circuit and system design.
b.Deep understanding of wireless communication system and related technology, i.e. wireless infrastructure, Base Station, 4G/5G, High Density MIMO, RRU, ;
c.Degree qualified in relevant discipline.
3.Skills
a.Fluent Speaking/Listening English skill, and good read/write in English
b.Excellent presentation and communication (verbal & written) skills
c.Good organisational capabilities
d.Self motivated & capable of working independently or within small dynamic team

5.Profile
a.Location: Shanghai
b.Years of experience: Minimum of 7 years hardware/system design experience for communication related applications; Strong design/application experience in the wireless base station, RF signal design.
c.Additional experience on digital ASSP products (i.e. ETH, PCIe, sRIO, CPRI, Infiniband, Fiber Channel,) will be preferred.
