Position Description

Reporting to CSO, Greater China, Global Automotive, AWP, the function holder for developing new business for Global Automotive through networking and interacting with leading car manufacturers, financial services institutions and large car dealer groups as well as motivating, leading and growing a passionate key account management team.

Responsibilities

- Developing new business for Global Automotive through networking and interacting with leading car manufacturers, financial services institutions and large car dealer groups.

- Motivating, leading and growing a passionate key account management team.

- Driving development and establishment of annual sales plan for China leveraging hunter/farmer sales model.

- Ensuring management of existing distribution partners and development of new partners (including OEMs, financial services institutions and large dealer groups).

- Governing all distribution functions.

- Leading/effectively managing automotive sales team and taking personal responsibility in acquisition and management of top accounts.

- Interacting regularly with top customers and partners and aligning with regional/global key account teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor and above degree holder

- 7 years and above experience in Automotive industry; work experience with Automotive JV/OE /FS or insurance companies is a plus

- At least 5 years work experience in the areas of sales and marketing within a multi-national work environment and 3 years in a leadership capacity with experience in leading a sizeable team

- Strong capability of problem solving skills, good at communication

- Takes initiatives with a “can do” attitude, willing to work under pressure

- Good English reading, writing and speaking capability

- Good computer skills, proficient in MS Office operation
