职位描述：

NATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITION

• Control Importation from Europe, including Custom Clearance, Brokerage and CIQ management
• Execute Inbound and Outbound warehouse operations and Delivery to be performed by a Service Provider
• Monitor Store Deliveries and Returns to Warehouse, being responsible for local forwarders
• Cost Control for Warehousing operations and local distribution
• Liaise with Retail Operations Dept for coordinating delivery process
• Liaise with Merchandising Team to harmonize distribution flows, diffusing knowledge about logistics procedures at HQ Level
• Collaborate with Central Logistics to guarantee implementation of Logistics guidelines and for any troubleshooting
• Performs all activities related to goods movements and inventory control, system wise
• Component tool owner & support
• Responsible for Faulty stock processing
• Defective stock Management
• Return to Factory
• Local warehouse storage tracking
• In/out of system or system transfer
• Destroy/write off action
• General inquiries from retail stores (liaise with HQ Aftersales team for support)
• Liaise with HQ Aftersales team on required cases

Qualification/Education · BA or BS degree in logistics, business, or related field

Experience Required · Almost 5+ years’ experience in Logistics & Distribution Operations · Previous experience in the Fashion/Luxury industry · Knowledge of SAP preferred · Good communication skills, team-working and cost control oriented
