Job Responsibilities
Prioritise and process assigned documentation/data/information in accordance with GZU office business requirements and agreed deadlines.
Conduct all activities in line with internal procedures, contractual requirements, cost structures and budget constraints.
New construction projects data and relevant reports entry/filing in accordance with GZU office procedures.
Control and maintain of Guangzhou office’s PPE register, responsible for PPE order and PPE distribution.
Back up for ES and MEC admins when the other administrators are on leave.
Deal with queries and build relationships with internal/external clients, as appropriate.
Able to work as part of a team to contribute to achieving GZU office business objectives.

Job requirements
Good knowledge of computer skills and Microsoft office application.
Good verbal and written communication skills in both mandarin and English
Able to work on multiple tasks and to tight deadlines.
Polite and approachable manner
High degree of accuracy.
