Responsibilities
1. Making reports that compile the data into simple and understandable format for the management
2. Collect data and make data analysis on a daily basis
3. Coordinate and work with all the other departments of the company
4. Make use of the statistics and the programs provided by the company
5. Designing efficient data collection techniques specifically for the company
6. Preparing reports in the stipulated time
7. Entering data, auditing data reports, producing and checking them for accuracy.
8. Developing and designing software programs or tools to present the data in a presentable matter for business requirements.
9. Help to create business process workflow, evaluating various alternatives for web applications, improving databases, and programming commands as needed.
10. Collecting, maintaining and troubleshooting problems generated due to digital information storage and providing appropriate solutions.
11. Must possess a firm command of English language so that they can relate the results of their statistical findings in simplified terms other management team members can understand.
12. Actively participate in departmental meetings and training.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education
? Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Accounting, Computer Science, Economics.
2. Experience
? 1 years in experience as Data Analyst, 1years in Retail recommended/preferred
3. Knowledge of:
? Computer software, excel spreadsheets, and PPT presentation
? Financial measurements, metrics and GMROI in retail environment
? Documents and records management system
4. Skills and Abilities
? Effective time management and organizational skills
? Strong graphic/presentation skills using PPT and/or InDesign
? Work independently as well as in a team environment
? Effective interpersonal communication skills
? Analytical and problem solving skills
? Maintain confidentiality
? Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints
? Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet
? Ability to create and run queries, analyses, and reporting as required
? Respond professionally in situations with difficult employee/vendor/customer issues or inquires
? Great ability with number as you will have to deal with not just simple calculations, but also with complicated algorithms
? Creative mindset
? Strong initiative
