职位描述：
Assist supplier chain Manager on daily work.
协助采购经理开展日常工作。
Negotiate with suppliers on price, payment term, delivery date.
与供应商谈判价格、付款方式、交货日期等。
To confirm prices with suppliers and update normal spare parts price list and update the ERP system.
按时或适时与供应商确定适用价格，及时更新公司常用产品价格清单并更新ERP系统。
Purchase routing project equipment, PO and documents filing in ERP system.
日常工程项目设备和库存设备的采购及系统、文档处理。
Assist operation department for equipment maintenance and sales department’s inquiry.
 协助工程部及时处理所有的维修设备，协助销售部寻找符合项目需求的设备及价格。
Monthly or annual purchase data collection and analysis.
月度、年度采购数据的统计、分析；
Be responsible for payment
采购费用的统一申请与报支
Trace and audit supplier’s daily work
供应商日常表现的跟踪及考核
Other duties assigned by department

In 2000, Airlink established its China headquarters: Shanghai Airlink Technologies Co. Ltd. and obtained the highest class “Design and Installation” certificate issued by Shanghai Public Security Bureau. In order to enhance its technical capability, Airlink set up R&D team and obtained the title of “High and New Technology Enterprise of Shanghai” awarded by the Shanghai Municipal Government in the same year. Airlink has successfully accomplished a number of major security system projects for airports, banks, governments and multi-national corporations.
