职位描述：
1. 负责车险电销团队的日常管理；
2. 负责车险电销品质的监督和指导；
3. 参与监听车险销售团队录音；
4. 撰写质检报告并进行宣导；
5. 提供质检扣分统计报表；
6. 了解当地监管信息，及时向总部通报，修订监听规则；

职位要求：
1、专科以上学历，金融/保险/经济等相关专业优先；
2、1年以上电销质检工作经验或2年以上一线销售经验表现优秀者；
3、熟悉车险电销质检流程，了解风险管控相关法律法规；
4、具备较强的沟通能力，培训能力；
