岗位职责：
1. 负责公司零售培训体系的建立与维护，负责零售培训标准化制度的制定与执行
2. 负责公司零售门店店长等零售人才培养项目的管理与实施
3. 负责公司零售培训计划的制定与执行，负责零售课程的开发与设计
4.终端销售技巧、商品只是、陈列培训、企业文化等的课件开发及培训实施
任职资格：
1. 5年以上相关工作经验， 有服装行业零售工作经验尤佳
2. 熟悉零售培训体系建立，零售培训制度制定、有店长培训项目实施经验尤佳
3. 具有团队领导能力、计划与组织能力、良好的沟通表达与亲和力，形象气质佳，性格开朗
