职位描述：
Area of Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dedicated Data Analyst to help support the roll out of CRM projects. This role is to develop clear and accurate data insights and help to shape business strategy. And this role will support CRM and data driven initiatives to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.
(1) Reporting and analysis
- Provide deep dive customer data analysis to actionable insights for strategic decision making
- Assistant with the roll out of CRM initiatives by providing clear data analysis and insights, including RFM model, historical data and predictive model
- Responsible for all CRM campaign, including loyalty program analysis and provide suggestions
- Create and build CRM reports / dashboards and deliver clear and actionable insights
- Monitor and ensure high quality of data is available to the business users and implemented in the customer experience designs
(2) Collaboration with key stakeholders
- Work closely with IT and marketing team to build up the database and analytical systems to support strategy
- Work closely with cross function to define data needs and provide insightful data
- Work with IT to enhance data capture process across all channels and interface
Working Experience
- 3-5 years working experience within a data driven organization / department
- Familiar with CRM
- Experience in data management, analysis, segmentation, modeling, and data interpretation
- Highly collaborative with strong communication skills and an ability to simplify technical concepts to non-technical audience
- Experienced in SQL, SPSS, R, predictive modeling, web analytics, and unstructured data management
- Advanced Excel
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferred areas of study information technology, computer science, or statistics
