This position is 6 month contractor role
This position is responsible to ensure on time new product launch to support business strategies. He/She plays an important role by working closely with marketing, GLT, and various functions in GSC to agree on the launch plan so that to ensure on time implementation. He/She is also the SPC to generate and publish major non-financial KPIs.
? Support China planning manager to facilitate the monthly Supply Review Meeting to ensure that an optimal balance is achieved in terms of manufacturing capacities’ utilization, operating costs, service levels and working capital.
? Lead the initial feasibility study and agree launch date with Marketing Project Lead on new product launch and withdrawal to support business strategies.
? Serves as a single point of contact for marketing functions in the areas of product introduction and withdrawal for automobile lubricant, industrial and marine business.
? A key member of product phase in & out projects representing GSC to monitor and ensure all project activities are progressing as planned in terms of benefits and timings
? Generate and publish major non-financial GSC KPIs.
? Responsible for ensuring that the compliance policy of product launch in GSC is closely adhered to.
? Minimum 5 years related working experience and 3 years project management experience, preferably multiple roles in GSC planning or product marketing
? Advanced skill of MS office & ERP system operations.
? Good project Management Skills.
? Fluent both in English and Mandarin
? University graduate with degree in Business Administration, Statistic or related areas
? Good communication skills including self-confidence and resilience.
? Partnership and teamwork: Develops and uses a wide-based, multidisciplinary network.
? Leading People: Communicates a compelling "vision" which generates enthusiasm and commitment.
? High-class sense of proactive thinking.
? Strong ability in time & resource management
