职位描述：
1.Design housing, shell, terminal for connector , 2D/3D , DFMEA, tolerance analysis, product specification, BOM
负责连接器的3D设计（塑壳、金属外壳、端子等）、2D绘制、设计失效模式分析、公差分析、产品规格书，物料清单
2.Create new part number and import the engineering data into the ERP、PDM、BCS system and maintain.
使用ERP、PDM、BCS系统，创建新料号和输入相关工程参数。
3.Charge in resolve the technical issues and control engineering changes within the organization and work with team to implement.
负责解决技术问题，工程更改和确保更改的实施。
4.Charge the finish goods/component validation plan.
负责编制成品和零部件的检验及试验方法。
5.Team work with internal department like QC, Planning, Purchasing, Production, etc.
与质量、计划、采购、生产等相关各部门良好有效的沟通。
6.Design on time<3 week on budget, cost of design change<budget to meet specificaion and quality
设计按时交付小于3周，设计变更控制在预算内，满足规格和质量要求
7.No complain from internal&external customer
内部、外部客户没有抱怨

任职要求：
1.University or above, majoy in Mechanical and Engineering.
大学本科及以上学历, 机械工程相关专业
2.At least 3 years connector working experience. Good engineering and new development experience in connector field，good ability for solving problem.
至少3年连接器领域工作经验，良好的工程和新产品开发经验，良好的解决问题的能力
3.Experience on SAP,Oxaion, Team Center,work manager or other ERP system.
有SAP，Oxaion，Team Center，PDM等系统经验
4.Good communication skill
良好的沟通协调能力
5.Positive work attitude, good team sprit, timely and efficient
   乐观的工作态度，良好的团队精神，及时高效
6.Take responsibility, ability to multi task and priorities work load
    责任心强，胜任多任务，分清主次，准确而及时的完成工作任务
7.Respect, trust others. Works with integrity and ethics, confidential sense
尊重、信任他人、诚实守信，良好的职业操守,保密意识强
8.Neatness and tidiness of work habits.
