所提供服务的描述：
？ 完成指定分公司、公司日常税务申报工作，包括甲骨文上海分公司、甲骨文苏州分公司、甲骨文南京分公司、甲骨文杭州分公司、太阳上海分公司、甲骨文金融上海公司、太阳咨询上海公司、太阳产品上海公司、富达上海公司、凯敏南京公司；
？ 完成上述分公司、公司税务变更登记及年检工作；
？ 完成营业税转增值税相关税务申报；
？ 完成增值税申报相关的专票认证及对帐；
？ 与主管税务机关就税务申报事项进行日常沟通；
？ 协助团队处理当地税局提出的问题，及税务稽查中争议；
？ 协助团队收集上述分公司、公司有关财务、税务信息；
？ 完成各类税务申报文档的归档保存。

Description of Services to be provided:
？ Responsible for the tax filings for OCSS Shanghai Branch, OCSS Suzhou Branch, OCSS Nanjing Branch, OCSS HangZhou Branch, SUN Shanghai branch, OFSS, SUN Product WFOE, SUN Consulting WFOE, Micros SH WFOE and Camiant WFOE;
？ Perform tax alteration registration and annual tax inspection for the above entities;
？ Prepare/Submit the documents required in light of VAT reforms to be take place in some locations;
？ Tax invoice verification and reconciliation in relation to monthly VAT filing, if applicable;
？ Communicate with local tax bureaus on the issues during routine tax filings;
？ Support the team to address tax quires from local tax bureau and defend tax disputes arising from tax audit, if any;
？ Support the team to collect and prepare the information / documents required related to above entities;
？ Assist with tax filings document retention for above entities; 举报 分享
