Your Responsibilities
- Develop a communications plan for Teambition including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
- Coordinate and execute all public relations activities
- Leverage existing media relationships within business and industry media
- Build strong relations with key media and influencers and leverage social media resources to make maximum impact to the market by PR tactics
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests
- Write press materials including press releases, spokesperson briefing, etc.
- Mange the reporting circle to ensure internal stakeholders awareness on all the media clippings and blog post
- Operate company official social media accounts
- Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results
- Manage PR vendors to ensure the final deliverables
- Mange PR budget to ensure the best ROI and efficient process
What we Need to See
- Proven working experience in public relations required; PR agency experience will be a plus
- Strong media relationship
- Strong Technology background and IT knowledge
- Positive attitude
- Good communication skills for driving cross function communications
- Fluent English will be a plus
